Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and super clean, smelld fresh, hot water in the bathroom, our room was cleaned although we forgot to request. The reception staff all of them were friendly polite and so helpful. The breakfast was so good. All in all our experience was so good at Turkuaz and we definitely recommend it.

Very friendly staff. There is a guy named Yusuf who was an absolute legend. Breakfast is very delicious lots of good options.

Flexible successful decision making of head receptionist. Easy access parking. Nice breakfast. Clean spacious room.

The best location, great service, very good breakfast, clean and very comfortable beds. The perfect location to easily find where to get good restaurants, situation with well-attended parking. The staff always smiles. Always ready to serve.

They helped me park my car, reception was very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious my duaghter enjoyed the second bed in the room. Breakfast was good. Alll the staff are soo good and friendly sorry i forgot the names. Enjoy the city and enjoy the Snow <3

Very clean close to the Kent maydan and very close to all amenities such as restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and choice.

Very clean hotel in a great location. There was no alcohol on the premises. Great staff.

Location of the Hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the market. Short driving distance to all the sight seeing locations.

Very nice hotel with a good rate. The location is very near Bursa center, just few minutes walk. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
